The game runs normal speed for a couple minutes, then the screen flickers and comes back fine but from that point on the lag returns. I also tried these settings with the same results I posted eariler. Hope this helps and I sincerely thank everybody for sharing their very helpful experiences

Love the Commandos series this seems somewhat like. Any suggestions? If no other fixes Ill have to request a refund unfortunately. The screen flickers and then comes back fine but that is when the lag takes over. I went through all of these steps and it works but within a couple minutes the lag comes back. I won't be replying here much, since i'm gonna be busy re-living my childhood! This fix made the game run like it did back in 2002. i've tryed the other fixes, but they didn't work. This part is just a bit of a trial and error, I don't know why it happens but you can get past it.ĩ) You will need to start DxWnd every time before you launch the game. If you can't select the error/alert window use Alt+Tab keys to cycle through the open windows.
